With over sixteen years of experience in politics and strategic consulting, including work with Canada’s Minister of Finance and several CEOs, Maximilien blends public affairs expertise with strategic planning insight. He holds a bachelor’s in political science, a master’s in public administration, a dual EMBA from ESG UQAM and Paris Dauphine, and is currently a doctoral candidate. He also serves on multiple boards. Now Vice President of Strategy at the Insurance Bureau of Canada, he brings strong leadership to the industry. Outside work, he coaches his daughter’s hockey team and proudly supports his son, a goaltender.
