Yevgen is a Canadian Armed Forces officer, but first a father, a partner, and a builder of teams. What drives him is people—how they learn, adapt, and perform when they feel trusted and supported. He has led large teams in demanding environments, made hard decisions, and delivered meaningful change while staying grounded in accountability and respect. He is deeply interested in technology and artificial intelligence, particularly their practical use to improve decision-making and unlock human potential. His greatest realization has been the opportunity to serve Canada and its people as a Ukrainian immigrant.
