En contribuant \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense des droits de la personne et \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste et inclusive, l\u2019approche collective et inclusive du PCJI a modifi\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on d\u2019effectuer la recherche en \u00e9tablissant une collaboration intersectorielle entre universit\u00e9s, cliniques juridiques, ONG et organisations internationales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-004fd90 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"004fd90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u2019innovatrice<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9089a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9089a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Fannie Lafontaine est la directrice du Partenariat canadien pour la justice internationale (PCJI). Avocate et professeure en droit international relatif \u00e0 la r\u00e9pression des crimes internationaux (g\u00e9nocide, crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 et crimes de guerre), elle a cor\u00e9dig\u00e9 le rapport suppl\u00e9mentaire de l&rsquo;Enqu\u00eate nationale sur les femmes et les filles autochtones disparues et assassin\u00e9es \u00ab Une analyse juridique sur le g\u00e9nocide \u00bb, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 observatrice civile ind\u00e9pendante de l\u2019enqu\u00eate du Service de police de Montr\u00e9al concernant les infractions criminelles qui auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 commises \u00e0 Val d\u2019Or par des policiers de la S\u00fbret\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec. Maintes fois prim\u00e9e, elle a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un p\u00f4le d\u2019expertise de premier rang en droit international p\u00e9nal et humanitaire en fondant la Clinique de droit international p\u00e9nal et humanitaire, puis en obtenant la Chaire de recherche du Canada sur la justice internationale p\u00e9nale et les droits fondamentaux. Cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 un terreau fertile pour l\u2019\u00e9mergence des collaborations ayant men\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du PCJI en 2016. Constitu\u00e9e de 25 personnes aux parcours acad\u00e9miques et professionnels remarquables et compl\u00e9mentaires, reconnues comme des sommit\u00e9s dans leurs disciplines respectives (droit, criminologie, science politique, \u00e9tude de genre et f\u00e9minisme), l\u2019\u00e9quipe du PCJI a mis en commun ses id\u00e9es novatrices pour faire de ce partenariat un acteur incontournable du r\u00e9seau global investi dans les efforts visant \u00e0 renforcer la justice pour les victimes de crimes internationaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
