Marcia Nozick est anim\u00e9e par une passion pour b\u00e2tir des collectivit\u00e9s durables. C\u2019est pourquoi, au cours des 18 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, son leadership au sein d\u2019EMBERS a aid\u00e9 des milliers de personnes devant surmonter des obstacles au travail \u00e0 mener des vies productives en offrant l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes menant au travail ind\u00e9pendant, \u00e0 des placements, \u00e0 une formation et \u00e0 un soutien.
