Il s\u2019appuie sur les fondements du <em>Nipittiavait Inuktitut Phonics and Word Study Program<\/em> et va encore plus loin en aidant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves non seulement \u00e0 apprendre les symboles et les sons, mais aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9coder des phrases et des mots dans leur int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. La trousse de ressources SLI affirme cette identit\u00e9 tout en proposant des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation fond\u00e9es sur les pratiques exemplaires. Les projets retenus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s parmi ceux re\u00e7us \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un appel ouvert national; ils ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation rigoureuse par un groupe de pairs dirig\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes en \u00e9ducation provenant des Premi\u00e8res Nations et des communaut\u00e9s inuites et m\u00e9tisses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8096884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8096884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les deux volets de financement \u2013 Accro\u00eetre et Retenir \u2013 visent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des priorit\u00e9s urgentes dans la formation des enseignant.e.s autochtones; cela va du d\u00e9veloppement de programmes de formation efficaces \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9tention des enseignant.e.s et du soutien qu\u2019on leur offre. Le projet de la NBES et d\u2019IE a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu dans le <strong>volet \u00ab\u00a0Retenir\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, qui permet de financer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 hauteur de 500\u00a0000\u00a0$ des
