Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019Initiative de formation des enseignant.e.s autochtones (FEA) de la Fondation Rideau Hall, Matawa Education\u202f\u2013 l\u2019organe \u00e9ducatif de Matawa\u202f\u2013 fait tomber les barri\u00e8res en investissant dans les forces d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes au sein des communaut\u00e9s. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27497e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27497e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les voies de la revitalisation linguistique (Pathways for Language Revitalization), une initiative cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans le nord de l\u2019Ontario, a pour but la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me durable et port\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 qui favorise la croissance professionnelle et le maintien en poste des enseignant.e.s, aides-enseignant.e.s, \u00e9ducateurs.trices de la petite enfance et ambassadeurs.drices linguistiques autochtones dans les neuf Premi\u00e8res Nations de Matawa. Ax\u00e9 sur la valorisation des langues autochtones en classe et sur l\u2019importance de les inclure dans les qualifications professionnelles, ce projet red\u00e9finit les contours de
