Il emploie \u00e0 temps plein cinq ma\u00eetres-chasseurs inuits. l\u2019Ilisaqsivik Society et le centre Ittaq offrent, depuis plusieurs dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es, des programmes orient\u00e9s vers la culture et la nature qui refl\u00e8tent les besoins de la communaut\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019Angunasuktiit travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les A\u00een\u00e9.e.s, l\u2019\u00e9cole locale et le centre de sant\u00e9 afin de rejoindre les jeunes qui en tireront le plus de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, y compris ceux et celles qui ont d\u00e9croch\u00e9 ou qui sont trop \u00e2g\u00e9.e.s pour fr\u00e9quenter l\u2019\u00e9cole, mais qui se cherchent un but, un.e mentor.e et un sentiment d\u2019appartenance. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ef48e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ef48e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Depuis son lancement en\u202f2020, le programme est pass\u00e9 d\u2019un seul \u00e0 cinq chasseurs \u00e0 temps plein, et il a d\u2019ailleurs inspir\u00e9 d\u2019autres communaut\u00e9s nordiques \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer des mod\u00e8les semblables. data-id=\"7495da6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le soutien offert par l\u2019initiative Catapulte Canada de la Fondation Rideau Hall permettra \u00e0 l\u2019Ilisaqsivik Society de s\u2019appuyer sur le succ\u00e8s du programme Angunasuktiit pour notamment \u00e9tendre ses activit\u00e9s, cr\u00e9er des occasions d\u2019apprentissage pour les jeunes et partager son mod\u00e8le \u00e9ducatif \u00e9prouv\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres communaut\u00e9s de l\u2019Arctique. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82936cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"82936cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En finan\u00e7ant des initiatives comme celle du programme Angunasuktiit, la Fondation Rideau Hall contribue \u00e0 ce que les jeunes Inuit.es. puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019enseignements culturels qui renforcent leur identit\u00e9, leur communaut\u00e9 et les liens profonds qui unissent les personnes
