Cette m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9serve l\u2019articulation et permet d\u2019\u00e9viter ou de retarder l\u2019arthroplastie de la hanche. Le plasma riche en plaquettes contient une grande quantit\u00e9 de facteurs de croissance qui aident l\u2019angiogen\u00e8se, la r\u00e9paration des tissus et l\u2019activit\u00e9
