Elle a acquis plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de leadership au sein de sa section locale, dont huit ans en tant que pr\u00e9sidente locale. Infirmi\u00e8re immatricul\u00e9e et titulaire d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en sciences infirmi\u00e8res du campus Saint John de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Nouveau-Brunswick, elle a pass\u00e9 une grande partie de sa carri\u00e8re clinique dans les soins d\u2019urgence \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital r\u00e9gional de Saint John. Catherine poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement une vaste exp\u00e9rience de la gouvernance des r\u00e9gimes de retraite et s\u2019est engag\u00e9e dans la formation continue, \u00e9tant actuellement inscrite au programme de l\u2019IRC de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Queen\u2019s pour l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion au travail, et pr\u00e9voyant suivre un programme de ma\u00eetrise pour approfondir ses connaissances de la gestion des fiducies.
