Ayant elle-m\u00eame grandi dans un logement social, Heela s\u2019appuie sur son exp\u00e9rience personnelle et a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la revitalisation de Regent Park, initiative aujourd\u2019hui reconnue internationalement. Elle est cofondatrice et copr\u00e9sidente de la Accelerating Accessibility Coalition et membre du conseil d\u2019administration de Start2Finish.
