Sur le plan professionnel, Olive dirige des programmes qui stimulent la croissance collaborative et r\u00e9pondent aux besoins complexes des communaut\u00e9s. Sur le plan personnel, elle valorise l\u2019apprentissage continu, le mentorat des leaders \u00e9mergents et la d\u00e9couverte des traditions et cuisines de diff\u00e9rentes cultures. Parmi ses r\u00e9alisations, on compte notamment la direction d\u2019une \u00e9quipe multiculturelle d\u2019experts qui mettent en \u0153uvre des programmes d\u2019int\u00e9gration des immigrants \u00e0 fort impact en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, et l\u2019obtention du prix Most Inspiring Immigrant in Atlantic Canada en 2025.
