Avant de se joindre au Service de police de Calgary, Umair a travaill\u00e9 comme conseiller en gestion, orientant les cadres de direction par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019adoption des technologies \u00e9mergentes et le perfectionnement des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pr\u00eate pour l\u2019avenir. Psychologue du travail et des organisations et titulaire d\u2019une MBA, il offre une perspective ancr\u00e9e dans la strat\u00e9gie, la conception de l\u2019effectif et le changement organisationnel.
