Elle est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les secteurs public et des soins de sant\u00e9, soutenant ceux qui travaillent dans les h\u00f4pitaux, les soins de longue dur\u00e9e, les soins communautaires, les universit\u00e9s, les municipalit\u00e9s et les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif. Kerri est titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en sociologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto.
