Elle occupe le poste de gestionnaire de l\u2019engagement des entreprises et du d\u00e9veloppement des partenariats communautaires \u00e0 ACCES Emploi, o\u00f9 elle dirige des partenariats strat\u00e9giques et des initiatives innovantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi ancr\u00e9es dans la communaut\u00e9, comme Street Fleet, le mod\u00e8le de services mobiles de recherche et d\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Membre du programme DiverseCity Fellows de CivicAction, Jahmoyia s\u2019attache \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019acc\u00e8s, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion \u00e9conomique des nouveaux arrivants, des communaut\u00e9s racialis\u00e9es et des personnes confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles syst\u00e9miques.
