The Rideau Hall Foundation is headquartered on the traditional, unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg Nation. Our staff and board live and work across Turtle Island, the ancestral lands of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

This acknowledgment is offered in recognition and respect for Indigenous peoples, who have cared for these lands since time immemorial. Through our work for Canada, we acknowledge the harms of the past and commit to doing better in the future. We invite all Canadians to join in building relationships with Indigenous peoples to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow.
